Spaghetti with Arugula Pesto

I love arugula taste, but I often get the impression that I waste the arugula I buy. Now, I turn arugula into pesto and complement many dishes with it. Here is an idea where to use it, but do not hesitate to use this pesto with white fish, poultry, and even sandwiches!

For a lactose free or vegan version, just leave out the parmigiano reggiano.
